When Holly and Greg tied the knot on June 25 of 2016, it was a celebration with tons of heart and style. The setting for the festivities was the Pine Lodge, a historic golf resort on the shores of the Ottawa River in Bristol, Quebec.
And photographer Cindy Lottes captured all the wonderful moments.
Imagine a beautiful early summer day in a picturesque, countryside locale. Cowboy boots and pale pink bridesmaids’ dresses. Lovely pink and white bouquets, accented with greenery. The groom and groomsmen looking handsome in blue jeans, white shirts, brown dress vests and ties. And a gorgeous bride in a strapless gown with an embellished waistline, her long lush brown curls set off by an elegant veil. Wow!
So pretty. The outdoor ceremony was under majestic, towering trees with sunlight dappling the ground, smiling faces all around and plenty of wedding-day magic.
From the pictures in the water and on the dock to the sandy feet and sunlit kisses, this was an epic party.
Antlers, pink frosted cupcakes (and a cake with antlers and initials as the topper!), a treats table, burlap table runners and chic, rustic centerpieces and live music set this special day apart and made it truly one of a kind.

Here’s how they met, according to Cindy Lotte’s website:
“Greg was friends with my parents. He had just moved in two doors up from their cottage. I was away at school so I hadn’t met him. One day my Dad and [he] were having drinks and my dad mentioned he had a daughter and that Greg better “stay away from her”. I met Greg when I was home for the summer and right away started chasing after him. Their joke is always “he was our friend first!” (He is not my parents age…just a bit older than me lol).”-Holly
