Jennifer and Jean-Phillipe met through a local chapter of Young Adult Cancer Canada, a support group for young cancer survivors. Jean-Philippe attended events that Jennifer did not attend and vice-versa and mutual friend suggested they meet. Without having to discuss the awkward subject of cancer, Jennifer and Jean-Phillipe were able to connect right away.
Their wedding will be on New Years Eve at Chateau Laurier. They want to start off the new year as a married couple and celebrate with those who mean most to them. They will celebrate with friends and remember those who they have lost to cancer.
