This romantic, European-inspired styled shoot features blue tones and peach-hued florals, a cosy indoor ceremony by a fireplace and an intimate piano serenade, Lara says, adding the concept was inspired by the venue.
Located in the quaint village of Maitland, Ontario, Maison Maitland is a stately stone manor on five acres overlooking the St. Lawrence River. The site offers cooking classes, two luxurious two-storey villas and since 2024 it has offered elopement and vow renewal packages. Lara’s shoot highlights the charm and elegance of the manor’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
The florals complement the soft blue hues found throughout the interior. If you’re envisioning an indoor ceremony, the fireplace and the colourful artwork above it offer graceful framing for an exchange of vows. Florals draped over the mantel and piano add warmth and romance.
