Real Wedding Submissions Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you grant Coyle Publishing Inc. and Ottawa Wedding Magazine the:
– Right to use, publish and archive your Real Wedding Submission and its accompanying images in Ottawa Wedding Magazine and on Ottawaweddingmagazine.com in perpetuity.
– Right to edit images.
– Right to copy and store the image and/or an edited version of the image in a digital archive for internal use only.
You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in content which you submit. By submitting, you give Ottawa Wedding Magazine a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content which you submit. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling Ottawa Wedding Magazine to display, distribute and promote the content.
You understand that Ottawa Wedding Magazine may (a) print, transmit or distribute your content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit Ottawa Wedding Magazine to take these actions.
If you are not the photographer, you have acquired permission from the photographer to submit their images to Ottawa Wedding Magazine and have shared the terms and conditions above with the photographer.
General Submissions
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to Coyle Publishing Inc through this site (collectively, the “Submission”) will forever be the property of Coyle Publishing Inc. Coyle Publishing Inc will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential, and will not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product or advertising ideas) and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future products or operations of Coyle Publishing Inc. Without limitation, Coyle Publishing Inc will have exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature everywhere. Coyle Publishing Inc will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensation to you or any other person sending the Submission. You acknowledge that you are responsible for whatever material you submit, and you, not Coyle Publishing Inc, have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
