You can call it a win-win opportunity. Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Ottawa has finally opened its doors and, for brides and bridal parties, that means a whole new world of pre-wedding and wedding possibilities without having to hop on a plane.
Once known as Rideau Carleton Casino and Rideau Carleton Raceway, 4837 Albion Road has been expanded and transformed into a buzz-worthy all-in-one resort offering event spaces, notable on-site dining, live entertainment and a 150-room hotel, including 22 luxury suites. There’s even shopping.
It’s ideal for pre-wedding events, such as bachelor and bachelorette outings, welcome bashes and rehearsal dinners. All the amenities are also on site for bridal couples looking to combine wedding-day prep, celebration and fun in one place.

For more casual bites, there’s Brick’d Italian Kitchen and Shawarma Shop. Opening in December 2025, Youyu Noodle Bar will offer Asian fare, with a focus on freshly made noodles.
